I always find that when you are having he worst day, just seeing your friends or talkng to them can make the day brighter again. When I'm having a horrible day I usally call my frinds and invite them over, or just talk to them for half an hour, or till my mom gets fed up with me hogging the phone. And it always seems to put a smile on my face. But if you can't talk to your friends, you should pray. Talking to God and telling him your troubles makes them disapear, because he will take all your pain away if you juct ask him to.

friends(depression)

Feeling good, Hello it's miss smarty, This article is about depression. Last Christmas I went through what I like to call a depression funk. The only thing that was keeping me going was Christmas but after Christmas past I was feeling unimportant and depressed.I went through depression and, maybe that's you now, but I would like to let you know how I got out of my stage. Some off my favorite, helpful activities are hiking and spending time with my dad, getting fresh air and doing active and fun activities. The two main people that helped me out of it were miss music and miss bookworm. (Even if they didn't know it.) So, talk to people. If it's your best friend that is in a funk, help them through it. I made the mistake of not telling anyone. message: Don't keep it a secret.

Do you ever feel like you are not good at anything or that you aren't worth anything? Well, if you are feelling like that it's a really good idea to memorize this verse: "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son to die for them" Whenever I think of that verse it makes me feel important and special inside. I hope it does the same for you. -Miss Bookworm
